Number of questions: 5Hello! The clean and on-light is flashing constantly. And the grinder cannot be removed. I started the cleaning program but cannot proceed. The grinder is locked.
The easiest way to explain descaling because as described it doesn't work. It is very complicated. I stumbled upon it by chance but don't ask me how I did it.
Good Morning, After descaling, the standby indicator and venting indicator are constantly on. Otherwise, it does not respond to anything. It does not draw water into the drip tray and does not allow us to access the service area anymore. Can you help us? Kind regards, Rehtmeyer Family
The machine wants to be vented but it does not do it. Water runs into the drip tray and then stays there when venting.
Why is the light on the tray flashing even though the tray has been emptied and put back in place? In the photo, it appears that the light is simply on, but it is actually flashing.
