The X-Tatic Pro is a native 5.1 headset with four speakers per ear piece, which can be adjusted separately through the cable-integrated volume control. The heart of the X-Tatic Pro is the Sound Control Unit (SCU), a decoder box that supports the sound formats Dolby® Digital 5.1, Dolby® Digital 2.0 and Dolby® Pro Logic II.

Great Connectivity!

The SCU provides versatile connection possibilities: It can be connected to relevant sound sources through a 3.5 mm jack, a coaxial input or an optical S/PDIF connector. Active 5.1 speaker systems or headsets can be connected via three analog audio outputs within the SCU.
An optical audio output offers the possibility, for example, to connect an amplifier to the SCU. The audio signal is then looped-through from the decoder box (audio pass-through).

Specially designed to meet the needs of gamers, the X-Tatic Pro deploys its fully functional range on current consoles like the PS3™ and Xbox 360®: Thanks to its Dolby® Digital Decoder it provides optimal gaming sound for both platforms. The distinctive 5.1 sound unfolds in a high degree of realism and the spatial location of sound brings a decisive advantage through the course of the game. In addition, the X-Tatic Pro supports the chat function of both the PS3 and the Xbox360 and, thanks to the integrated microphone voice monitoring function, you can always get direct feedback about your own voice level and adjust accordingly without having to yell at your chat partner. Game sound and chat volume can be set separately and individually adjusted; so gaming partners will be able to hear you clearly and precisely at all times, then with the voice volume control you can determine how loud you want to hear your chat partner.

The comfortably padded headband and the soft ear pads provide a pleasant wearing experience even in prolonged use. They have an ear encircling design, thereby absorbing external noise, and adjust horizontally and vertically to the head shape. The flexible microphone can be bent into the ideal speaking position, or completely removed. The cable integrated volume control can be easily accessible with its clip by attaching it to a shirt.
